Packages are designed for the most common renovation scopes — if your home falls cleanly into one, you’ll get faster turnaround and clearer pricing. For anything beyond standard scope (hacking layouts, custom built-ins, landed properties), a custom quote is more honest.

Are HDB permits and submissions included?
Yes. We’re an HDB Registered Contractor (HB-05-5960D) and BCA Registered. All renovation permit applications, hacking submissions and HDB-mandated paperwork are part of our standard scope. You don’t need to handle any permits yourself.
Is the quotation free?
How long does a package renovation take?
Typical timelines:
BTO Basic Move In — 6 to 8 weeks.
Resale Kitchen Makeover — 3 to 5 weeks.
Resale Bathroom — 3 to 4 weeks.
These are working timelines after permits are approved; we’ll give you a precise schedule once we visit the site.
