How quickly will I hear back?
During business hours (10am – 6pm) we typically reply on WhatsApp within an hour. Form enquiries received after-hours are answered first thing the next morning.
Is the quotation free?
Yes — consultation, site visit and itemised quotation are all free of charge. There’s no obligation to engage us afterwards.
Do you handle HDB permits and submissions?
We’re a HDB Registered Contractor (HB-05-5960D) and BCA Registered. Permits, hacking applications and HDB submissions are part of the standard scope of work.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes — clients are welcome to visit our Woodlands factory to see their carpentry being built. Visits are by appointment; WhatsApp us to arrange a time.
What information should I prepare for the first meeting?
A floor plan if you have one, a rough budget range, your handover or move-in date, and any visual references — Pinterest boards, screenshots, Instagram saves. We’ll take it from there.
